Nostromo Management’s Paul Craig heads up Live-streaming Rights: Wrongs and rates, in which a cast of live music, recorded and rights professionals unpick the emerging revenue source for artists. He’s joined by Sami Valkonen from PRS For Music; Driift’s Emma Stoker; ILMC regular Ruth Barlow from Beggars Group; and PACE’s Adam Elfin.

Gender Equality: The next level will focus on how action can be taken to boost representation and oust gender disparity in the live music and event industry. Chaired by IQ Magazine‘s Lisa Henderson, the panel also features The F-List’s Vick Bain; Letizia Carigiet from Helvetiarockt; Marie Lindqvist from ASM Global Europe; and Primavera Sound’s Marta Pallarès.

The Workforce: Protecting our ecosystem will see Joanne Croxford, Wellness & Diversity Specialist, Live Touring; Detlef Kornett from DEAG; AEG Europe’s Kirstie Loveridge; Sebastian Tobie from eps; Psychologist Adrianna Irvine; and Crew Nation’s Nurit Smith, discuss how the industry can protect its most valuable asset – the people that work in it.

In Generation Z: Meet the new audience, Creed Media’s Timothy Collins; Preeti Rajan from AEG Presents; artist Maya Delilah; and Parlophone’s Anya Du Sauzay discuss how we can entice zoomers away from their smartphones and devices and into events.

Rock: The mother of Reinvention‘s chair Tom Taaffe from Paradigm Talent invites industry leaders pushing the rock scene forward to discuss this ever popular and evolving genre. He’s joined by Justin Arcangel from 5B Artist Management; Cobra Agency’s Günther Beer; Joe Litvag from Danny Wimmer Presents; Kaori Hayashi from HIP; and Live Nation Belgium’s Natalia Zabkar.

In The influence of Black music on British culture, Ben Osborne of Art of Noise heads a panel of seminal figures including international recording artist Leee John from 80’s chart topper Imagination; 70’s funk DJ and agent Les Spaine; broadcaster and radio presenter Angie Greaves; Love Supreme Jazz Festival founder Ciro Romano; and journalist Juliana Koranteng from JayKay Media.

E3S: Safety & security 2.0 will see Gary Simpson of ASM Global chair a panel that includes Joanne Burke from G4S; Frida Giertz Lehiste from Stockholm Live; Steve Blake from Storm 4 Events; ILMC regular Claudio Trotta from Barley Arts; and Tottenham Hotspur FC’s safety expert Eileen Williams MBE. Together they will examine how the industry is responding to the latest threats to fan and crew welfare,

Meanwhile, Safe Project: The new European standard will see key individuals involved in the project outline what it is, and how it applies to festivals and venues. The panel includes Pascal Viot, iSSUE / Paléo Festival; Chris Kemp from MOM Consultancy; Yvan Boudillet from The Lynk; and TSC Crowd Management’s Gerard van Duykeren and Laura Brands.

Finally, Festival Futures: Core priorities adds Philippe Cornu from Gadget abc Entertainment Group to its panel.
