ATC Live‘s ILMC showcase features Dead Oceans’ Bristol singer Fenne Lily, NME-championed instrumentalists Los Bitchos, and acclaimed Irish four-piece Pillow Queens. Fast-emerging British jazz pianist and singer Reuben James also performs, alongside the psych-garage rock of The Goa Express and rock’n’roll upstarts The Zen Arcade. Read more here.

ITB presents six artists during their ILMC showcase including Oslo-based guitarist and songwriter Bernhoft; Manchester-born artist Conrad; polymath and original soundsmith Kapil Seshasayee; Melbourne four-piece MOBS, ‘heartbreak salesmen’, Brighton-based quartet Nature TV; and soul & gospel singer-songwriter-composer Nicole Slack Jones. Read more here.


Paradigm Agency presents six upcoming artists across their 60-minute showcase featuring DC-based musician and singer Bartees Strange, Amazon Music UK One to Watch Christy, and Grammy-nominated multi-instrumentalist JP Saxe. Also performing will be Salt Lake City native Jack Rutter’s solo project Ritt MomneyRole Model who boasts 120million+ streams; London four-piece TV Priest; and “up-and-coming indie-pop queen” UPSAHL. Read more here.


UK Sounds is joint initiative between PRS Foundation’s International Showcase Fund and Department for International Trade’s Music Export Growth Scheme. Their first (of two) ILMC showcases features Indie-folk-Americana singer-songstress Lady Nade, with the raw, beat-heavy style of ‘Queen of hip hop and soul’ Harleighblu. Primary Talent International presents the raging new sounds of BVDLVD (pronounced ‘badlad’), 20-year old UK rapper Deema, and ‘prince of bedroom pop’, Glasgow native Joesef. Also performing are Texas-based songwriter and indie rock practitioner Katy Kirby, RAAR label boss and international artist & DJ Louisahhh, and 19-year-old Minneapolis-based Bobby Kabeya’s project Miloe. Read more here.


UK Sounds second ILMC showcase features smoky-voiced, hard-working, far-touring chanteuse  Elles Bailey, rising hip hop star and High Focus Records-signed TrueMendous; two album veterans, Welsh art-rock group HMS Morris and freshly departed from Scotland’s rock/post punk movement, the grunge-infused Dead Pony. Read more here.


UTA presents five fast-rising musical talents including sea shanty phenomenon Nathan Evans and winner of the 2019 Jazz FM Jazz Act of the Year Nubya Garcia. Also lined up are San Jose quintet Peach Tree Rascals, the multidimensional and genre-bending San Diego-based songwriter poutyface and lifelong multi-instrumentalist songwriter Helen Ballentine, aka Skullcrusher. Read more here.

The HOTS (Hungarian Oncoming Tunes) line-up will feature Budapest-born, London-based queen of R&B Babe Sila, critically acclaimed jazz/hip-hop fusion trio Jazzbois, Tolstoy-inspired indie quartet Platon Karataev and The Devil’s Trade, who presents doomy Appalachian folk by way of Hungary and Transylvania. Read more here.


Sound Czech will present eclectic synth-improvisationalist HRTL, post/stoner-rock four-piece Lambda and Lazer Viking, who specialises in heartfelt, genre-bending rock’n’roll. Please The Trees are a guitar-led power trio who recently supported Mudhoney, while teepee promise sonic-drones and melodic dream pop. Read more here.
