Neel has spent 20 years in events and live entertainment as an engineer, entrepreneur and business development specialist.  He started his career in motorsports, working as an engineer in series such as Indycar, Superbike & Offshore Powerboats, then went on to work in music festivals and stadium concerts. 

As managing director of eps america, Neel grew the business into one of the most successful suppliers of site equipment in North America before moving to Quality Event Flooring and establishing them as the largest supplier of ground protection for events in North America. 

Neel then turned his attention to live entertainment technology, having consulted with numerous companies on business development.  He continues to work with early stage companies in motorsports & live entertainment to help develop new products, services, technologies and establish them in the marketplace.
