Tom started out as an agent and promoter in Australia. Moving to the UK in 2008, working at The Agency Group, and since 2010, at Paradigm.

Working with a wide array of artists in the wider rock umbrella, as well as indie & singer-songwriters. Some of Tom’s rock clients include SLEEP, Exodus, High On Fire, Pallbearer, Daughters, While She Sleeps, Beartooth, August Burns Red, Bury Tomorrow & Every Time I Die.
