Klaus-Peter Schulenberg has been active in the entertainment industry for more than 45 years. While still a student, he founded an artist management and event agency that organised concerts by Alice Cooper and the Rolling Stones in Germany.

After founding and acquiring various other companies in the event industry, Schulenberg acquired the ticketing company CTS in 1996.

In 2000, the company went public as CTS EVENTIM AG, and Schulenberg, as its largest shareholder and CEO, continues to be formative in its successful development into one of the world’s leading providers of ticketing and live entertainment.

As chairman of the Management Board, Schulenberg’s responsibilities include corporate strategy and development; e-commerce, legal affairs, human resources, and communications.
