Vick Bain is the former CEO of BASCA and a Henley Business School MBA graduate. She is currently a consultant for Maxsteinerorchestra.com & Attitude is Everything; a trustee of Pipacampaign.com; board director of Delic.network; and a council member of Ism.org.

Bain is also a PhD student in gender inequality in the music industry, studying. She specialises in board governance, business & project management, rights management, campaigning and policy development and is a highly effective ambassador.

She is a researcher, campaigner and spokesperson on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion in the music industry.

Bain has also been a judging panelist for Music Week and Women in Music Awards & other industry awards.

She has been enrolled into the Music Week Women in Music Awards ‘Roll Of Honour’ and BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour Music Industry Powerlist 2018.
