Upon joining the team at Saan Trucking in 2011, Rogier already had nearly ten years of experience in the European live entertainment touring world. With Cirque du Soleil as their client (since 1995!), Rogier got involved managing their arena shows all year round, all across Europe.

According to Rogier, the current pause in touring should be seen as the calm before the storm. With many challenges ahead, such as the Brexit outcome, but also a significant increase in European legislation for truckers, no doubt touring will still get done, but in a more complex environment.
