Paulina Ahokas (Executive MBA, MA, Approved Member of Boards™) is a firm influencer and a pioneer of Finnish music and event industries.
Ahokas is currently MD of Tampere Hall Ltd, which is the operator of the biggest cultural and congress centre in the Nordic Countries, promoter of events at Tampere Hall and at other venues in Finland via Tampere Live and a PCO and events production company via Events Tampere. Tampere Hall Ltd’s turnover and other incomes was €18.9million and over 675.000 visitors attended its events in 2019.
Prior to Tampere Hall, Ahokas worked in music exports, played various instruments on several albums in a broad spectrum of genres, and worked in marketing and communications in various music festivals and venues in four different European countries.
In 2017, to celebrate the centennial of Finland, the first and only Moomin Museum in the world was opened at Tampere Hall. In January 2020, the first Marriott branded hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Tampere City, was opened in connection to Tampere Hall.
Ms. Ahokas serves in different boards and positions of trust: She is currently a board member at the Finnish Broadcasting Company YLE, Music & Media Events, The Events Industry of Finland, and the chairman of LiveX Ltd.
