Pascal Viot is head of the department of safety, security & services at Paléo Festival, Switzerland.

He is also a sociologist and an associate researcher at Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne.

He leads the YES Group, promoting best practice across Europe, and having been a member since 2006.
