Kirstie Loveridge is the senior vice president, human resources at AEG Europe.

Since joining the company in March 2011, Kirstie has been responsible for the development and execution of the people strategy and teams, supporting the overall business plan and strategic direction of the business. A pragmatic thinker who works in partnership with the senior executive team, Kirstie ensures that the organisation’s values are reflected in people-oriented decisions.

An accomplished human resources professional with over 20 years of commercial and generalist experience; Kirstie has largely worked within the sports, leisure, events and live entertainment sectors.

In short, she is a passionate (and disruptive) people experience enthusiast who encourages others to work hard, do their best and be happy.

Outside of work, Kirstie has a keen interest in football, and volunteers with the local grass-roots youth football club committee as secretary, providing support to 18 football teams ranging from under 8s to under 18s.
