Joanne Croxford

Having cut her teeth within all things production at music management company, ie:music, Joanne has worked in the music industry across wellness and diversity for multiple years.

Coming into recovery from addiction herself nearly 11 years ago, she also spent four years in frontline NHS mental health services with the aim to bring her learning back to the business that she knows and loves. Since then she has worked as services officer at music industry lead charity, Music Support, helping industry people from all areas in mental health and addiction crisis to move towards healthy ways of living by connecting them with the help they needed, often on an international level.

She also gives her time to music charity, Girls Rock London, in an attempt to challenge and change the gender and cultural imbalances within the industry. Recently,

Joanne has become a member of the Tour Production Group, helping to co-facilitate their diversity, equality and inclusion agenda in live touring. She is also affiliated with the Music Industry Therapist and Coach Collective and The Roadie Clinic in helping to co-run online support group meetings, Roadies in Recovery.
