Being fascinated by work at concerts and festivals, my main motivation has always been to see better and more spectacular shows. A goal for which I maintain 100% commitment. I am determined to learn new skills and take up new challenges. From being a stagehand all the way to becoming the CEO of the Czech Republic’s current leader in short-term work providers.

As the technical director of the Roxy, Prague, I have never stopped learning the operation of new types of technical equipment while preparing the club for performers from all over the world.
