Dave has been a tour and production manager for over 30 years, with a huge experience of delivering world-class events and tours from Massive Attack to Manchester International Festival. He has a wealth of knowledge he willingly shares with others in the event industry.

In 2019, DNG launched a Mental Health Awareness training module, which was shared with existing crew and has become part of their standard induction course. This has raised basic awareness of mental health both with his employees and others involved with events.
