In addition to being the owner and CEO of Swiss crowd management firm, safeevents, Andreas is head of festival security for Gadget abc Entertainment, which includes the likes of OpenAir St. Gallen and Summerdays events.

Throughout his 30-year career, Andreas has specialised in the health and safety aspects of the live entertainment sector, and is a member of the Yourope Event Safety Group steering committee.

He has a bachelors degree in crowd safety management from Bucks University in the UK, and is a lecturer and sits on the board of directors for S-Hoch3 – an education centre for safety, security and social skills, based in St. Gallen, Switzerland.
