Production Note: Seoul Music: Touring with K-Pop

In this session we take a look at the challenges encountered when touring K-pop acts through Europe over an extended period. Scenarios will include: how to fit an 8x m FOH into the O2 Forum Kentish Town, London, and still have 1,900 tickets on sale; how to manage a 100-person crew, outdoors, in +35-degrees, and with no air con; why K-pop acts tour with two technical crews; and how to provide Korean catering whilst on the road.

We welcome participation from those who have worked with K-Pop acts or are planning to do so in the future, as we delve deeper into this increasingly popular genre.
