Production Note: Ready, steady, go! Crew-training solutions

Many companies involved in event production have seen their temporary-crew database thin out considerably during the pandemic. Not being able to rely on this trusted database means getting back to business will be even harder; we simply can’t expect things to go back to how they were.

During this Production Note, IPM regulars OnSinch will present a toolkit to help us overcome some of the main crew management hurdles we will face from 2021 onwards.

As we all share the same problems, let’s also try and share the solutions.
